The service
MINGU provides digital tools for managing customers, bookings, memberships, payments, workouts, nutrition, communications and the personalisation of the experience. Available features may depend on the plan and the business configuration.
Account and access
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use only workspaces you are authorised to access. The business is responsible for managing team access and the information it publishes for customers.
Payments
MINGU subscriptions and customer charges are processed by external payment providers. The price, billing period and applicable conditions are shown before a charge is confirmed. MINGU does not store complete card details.
Responsible use
The service must not be used to infringe rights, submit unlawful content, access another business’s data, or interfere with the security or availability of the platform.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance or incidents may occur. Material changes affecting the service or these terms will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
