Who processes data
The business you joined is responsible for the data needed to provide its services. MINGU provides the technology platform and processes data on the business's instructions. For MINGU account and service data, contact hola@mingu.es.
Data and purposes
We may process account, contact, booking, membership, payment, workout, nutrition, progress, message, device and notification data. It is used to provide the requested service, protect the account, communicate changes and improve app reliability.
Retention and security
Data is kept while the account or business relationship is active and for applicable legal periods. We use access controls, tenant isolation, encrypted connections and secure on-device session storage.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability from your business or hola@mingu.es. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
Device permissions
Camera and photo access are requested only when you choose to add a photo. Notifications are enabled only after your choice. Biometrics are optional and validated by the device operating system.
